Full-time employment opportunity for a Food Service Technician. Experience with beverage equipment maintenance, fountain repair, and installation is a plus; but, there is extensive on-the-job training. Responsible for repair and ongoing maintenance of vending equipment, coolers and/or fountain equipment at customer accounts. Employee must be comfortable working independently with frequent customer contact. Great communicational skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Repair and perform preventative maintenance on Pepsi vending and food service equipment.
  • Establish positive communication with customers at service calls.
  • Drive to account location(s), evaluate situation and perform necessary tasks.
  • Maintain parts inventory on service truck and assist with parts organization at warehouse.
  • Complete documentation on daily activities (logs and invoicing.)
  • Educate customers on their cleaning and upkeep procedure responsibilities.
  • On-call rotation for the Service Department, and over time when needed.
  • Maintain an organized work area.
  • Clean appearance and well spoken.
  • Follow all safety requirements, regulations, and processes.
  • Follow all driving rules and regulations when operating company vehicle.
  • Work week is 7am-4pm Monday-Friday

Starting Wage: $18.50 with an increase after training and review.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 21 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license/Background and Motor Vehicle Records checks will be completed.
  • High School diploma or GED

Job requires kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, and bending when making repairs, often in low places. Requires lifting, carrying, pulling and/or moving 20-50 pounds over multiple times during a workday; as well as, proper moving and transporting of heavy machinery.
